Reiki

Gentle. Traditional. Grounded.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing practice that promotes relaxation, supports balance, and encourages the body's natural capacity for healing.

Whether you are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, a life transition, or simply seeking quiet space to reconnect with yourself, Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, restore, and cultivate greater inner balance.

What is Reiki

What to Expect

My Approach

The Japanese word Reiki (霊気) is commonly translated as universal life energy.

Reiki practitioners gently place their hands on the body to support relaxation and promote balance.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure illness.

Each session begins with a brief conversation about your intentions and how you are feeling that day.

You remain fully clothed while seated or resting on a treatment table. Reiki is offered through a gentle hands-on touch or with the hands held just above the body.

Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, calmness, or renewed clarity during or after a session.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I approach every session with presence, compassion, and deep respect for the traditional practice of Reiki.

My role is not to direct your healing, but to create a supportive space where your body's own wisdom may naturally move toward balance.

Mikao Usui

Traditional Reiki Lineage

I carry this lineage
with gratitude, honoring
Reiki with integrity, humility, and respect for its origins.

Through this direct lineage, the essence of Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho remains a living tradition, rooted in simplicity and profound spiritual practice.

By honoring this unbroken lineage, the integrity of the Reiki system is preserved, allowing its traditional teachings to be passed on through generations.

This lineage traces the direct teacher-to-student transmission through which I received my Reiki training, preserving the continuity and integrity of the Usui Reiki tradition.

A Place for Reiki

There is no one path to well-being, and Reiki is one of many ways to support it.

Reiki is a gentle complementary practice that supports the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.  It works alongside conventional medical care to reduce stress and boost your body’s natural relaxation response.

When Reiki May Help

Whether you’re seeking support for your health, navigating a life transition, recovering from illness, or simply looking for greater balance, Reiki offers a gentle opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect your body’s natural capacity for healing.

Reiki meets you where you are.

Sometimes healing
begins not by doing more, but by creating space
to simply be.

Reiki, wherever you are.

Distance Reiki offers an opportunity to experience the calming and restorative practice of traditional Usui Reiki from the comfort of your own space.
