Following your Initial Reiki Session, this package of three Continuing Reiki Sessions offers an opportunity to deepen your Reiki practice through ongoing care and support. Each session builds upon your unique experience while providing a dedicated space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. Grounded in the traditional practice of Usui Reiki, each approximately 60-minute session is guided by your intentions and tailored to your individual experience on that day. While every session is unique, many clients appreciate the opportunity to receive Reiki over time as part of their personal wellbeing practice. Whether you're seeking continued relaxation, support during a period of transition, or simply wish to maintain a regular Reiki practice, these sessions provide a calm, restorative environment that encourages presence, reflection, and overall wellbeing.
