Experience the calming and restorative benefits of traditional Usui Reiki from the comfort of your own home. Each Distance Reiki Treatment begins with a 15-minute online intention-setting conversation, where we'll discuss what has brought you to Reiki, answer any questions you may have, and identify the intention you'd like to hold during your session. This conversation allows us to connect, establish a shared focus, and personalize your experience. Following our conversation, you may choose to receive your Reiki treatment immediately while remaining online, or we can schedule a separate time for the Reiki session to be sent. Many clients choose to receive distance Reiki while resting comfortably in a quiet, uninterrupted space where they can fully relax and be present with the experience. Your Reiki treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes. After your session, I'll follow up by email or text to check in, answer any questions, and invite you to share any reflections or observations from your experience. Distance Reiki is offered in accordance with the traditional practice of Usui Reiki and provides a gentle opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and support your overall sense of balance and wellbeing—wherever you may be.
